Keeping in line with canon, Will is not exactly socially adept, will mostly shy away from one on one contact with others, if he feels too much for him to handle, yet there are a few he feels comfortable enough with to be able to hold up a half decent conversation with.
One such person is Abigail Hobbs, who he has since formed an attachment with which goes beyond the act of being a replacement father to her; they started a relationship, and their feelings for one another have only increased as time has gone on, resulting in Will proposing to her.
